Welcome to K.O. Exercise!  My name's Karen, and with over 15 years-experience in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about finding enjoyment in movement and exercise. With 3 children, I know the challenges that come with fitting fitness into a busy schedule - I’m here to help! If you’re looking to get back into fitness or take your fitness to the next level, get in touch.

GROUP TRAINING

I also run friendly, motivating group exercise sessions at various locations in and around the Redhill area. These sessions are designed to be welcoming, effective, and enjoyable, helping you stay consistent, meet others, and build confidence while training together.  Get in touch to learn more.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer personal training for anyone looking to build confidence in their exercise routine, feel good, and enjoy moving again. It’s ideal for busy parents, beginners, or those bored with their current workouts and unsure what to do next. Sessions are tailored to you and available both in person and online, giving you flexible support wherever you are.  I can help with in-person session in and around the Redhill area of Surrey but also online for those who prefer remote sessions.
